For the price it's not worth booking a party! Starts off with my sister having a booking for a birthday party and nothing was set up. They ha double booked and didn't even look twice at us! We had to ask people to move from the tables because there was only a small sign on the table. Then we had to ask for more tables, Chairs and gazebos. It would be a 1 star but 2 of the lifeguards were great helps - can't remember there names but everyone else was absolutely useless and didn't help and in fact made the experience worse. The kids swimming area is a hazard as there is a concrete snake in the middle of the water which caused ALOT of scratches and bruises and bleeding on all of the kids that I knew that were at the party. There was absolutely no help from the staff when they saw me struggling to carry a baby and everything from the party. They just watched and smiled while I struggled. Overall I won't be back and when someone asks why I'll be explaining in detail.

when I was working here this place was run in Tom Mills era, which was wonderful. It hasn't lost it touch though, as it still a great place to have a swim and learn.

To swim on a normal day, this pool is fine. However if youre planning to book a party i would advise against this. I had my son's 1st birthday party here yesterday, and i booked the kids splash area for 40 guests. The pool had booked a party of just under 100 guests, on the same day as mine. Now i wouldn't have been annoyed had they of catered to both our parties correctly. However, i was given two tables and a gazebo which was certainly not enough for 40 guests. The other party received the rest of the tables and chairs as well as gazebos to cater for them. When i booked my son's party, i was the only person to have booked for the 29/11/2020, no one else had any bookings for that day. So why would they book another party on top of mine, if they did not have enough tables and chairs to cater for both? Not to mention that they prioritised a second party over mine, given them all the tables and chairs and left us with almost nothing, despite me having booked my party before anyone else. When we asked for extra tables and chairs for my guests who hadn't arrived yet, we were told they had nothing left for us. What they also don't tell you is that, when you book a venue, in my case the kids splash area, they do not hold the area exclusively for you and your party, they allow any other person in there, everyone has free reign. Why did i bother paying $300 to hire an area, if i could have just paid the normal entry price and had free reign into the kids splash area either way. What exactly did i pay $300 for? a couple of tables, some chairs and a gazebo? and a little under $175 worth of entry for my guests? it's incredibly overpriced and you receive very little in return. The front counter people, who i booked my party with, didn't even care that they had given us no tables or coverage for our guests. They completely brushed us off. The only people who gave us some help, were the life guards, who unfortunately are very young and very inexperienced with customer matters, and they shouldn't really have to deal with anything customer related. The front counter employees and staff members should have dealt with it but didn't. To say i am incredibly dissatisfied is an understatement. I do not recommend having a party here as they disregard you, and charge you a ridiculous amount for virtually nothing. I will not, have another party here, and i doubt i'll ever return for a normal swim again, due to how angry they've made me.

    Ahhh this place is amazing..
Where do I start lol. Loads of parking, little cafeteria, an amazing heated indoor pool with little spa (no steps just walk in). Has a big ramp, load of water wheelchairs for use. Very easy to assess due to ramp no stairs. There is another big pool outside, not heated and not much shade. Also an amazing kids play pool full fenced off, loads of toilets and showers. Bathrooms always clean and staff are supper amazing.
